Sterlite Electric appoints Frederic Andre M Trefois as Group Chief Executive Officer

Sterlite Electric, a manufacturer of capital goods and a provider of system integration solutions, today announced the appointment of Frederic Andre M Trefois as its Group Chief Executive Officer. He previously served as the Non-Executive Independent Director on the Company’s board. He has an experience in overseeing and handling management of companies and will lead Sterlite Electric’s next phase of growth.

Commenting on the appointment, Pratik Agarwal, Managing Director, Sterlite Electric, said, “Frederic brings global perspective, disciplined execution, and deep sector insight at a time when grids worldwide must evolve to meet complexity and scale. Speaking on his appointment, Frederic Trefois said, “Sterlite Electric has an ambitious vision. Prior to joining Sterlite Electric, Frederic was associated with Sécheron Hasler group and SNC-Lavalin Inc.

An engineer by training, Frederic holds degrees in civil engineering.
