Sterlite Power launches two new corporate brand Identities: Resonia and Sterlite Electric

Sterlite Power, a leader in power transmission and solutions, today unveiled its two new corporate brand identities called ‘Resonia and Sterlite Electric’. Resonia Ltd. will house the transmission infrastructure business and will be called ‘Resonia’. Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd will house the manufacturing of cables and conductors and, services business, it will be called ‘Sterlite Electric’. The decision to create two distinct corporate entities comes on the back of the demerger. Resonia and Sterlite Electric will now focus on their distinct businesses, bring agility and, create independent growth journeys.

Our new brand logos embody the essence of our businesses. Resonia’s logo, inspired by resonance, symbolizes innovation and harmony, with the ‘I’ merging into a human figure to reflect unity and empathy. The Sterlite Electric logo retains the original strokes and design, leveraging its strong market presence, while preserving the legacy and expertise in transmission industry solutions.

Our renewable energy arm, Serentica retains its company identity, and remains committed to accelerating industrial decarbonization with round-the-clock renewable energy solutions. Sterlite Electric and Resonia both aim to meet the evolving demands of the energy transition while continuing to offer sustainable, future-ready solutions for the global energy sector.

The rebranding exercise announced at ELECRAMA 2025 marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
