Another memory that stays with him is when one of his projects was shortlisted by a Swiss investment fund for an international award in Zurich. Being recognized on that stage, among global peers, was a moment of quiet validation, proof that sincerity and consistent effort never go unnoticed.
Through it all, Arun has built a reputation for empathy grounded in accountability. He believes HR is about creating a culture where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to bring their best selves to work.
