The individual will be acting as an Internal Business Partner, who will work closely with the CEO and drive major business meetings and decision-making process. He /she is expected to participate and drive in 60-80% of the CEO’s agenda and strengthen the overall Governance framework. Closely shadowing the CEO, the incumbent will get the firsthand exposure and experience in driving organization goals and key strategic initiatives.

Monitor Operational and Financial Performance of the Business Units
Be part of Business Review Meetings (Bs. Excellence) & Org. related goal meetings (OKRs)
Formulate the CEO’s agenda, establish Information flow and process across the BU and its segments
Develop and monitor key business performance metrics and analyse them to gather insights for decision making
Business Governance
Develop and manage comprehensive governance models for Operations (drive it’s various activities such as monthly reviews, OKRs and Organizational level performance management systems (BSC) etc.,)
Enable standardization on formats across the business unit and manage actionable items
Provide support in managing the governance and review mechanism by preparing reports & through conductance by CEO
Business Planning and Validation
Drive the business planning exercise for the next Financial Year
Validate assumptions, reforecast targets and design action plans to achieve goals
Support and coordinate with the Business Planning team
Strategy
Analyse the cost of each action to be taken during a process to predict the viability of the process to be implemented in our system
Understand the external macroeconomic factors and incorporate them accordingly in the decision-making process
Undertake special projects identified at the CEO level. E.g. Execution Excellence initiatives

Analyze the opportunities and risks the company has, with the goal of maximizing the profitability of the business unit

10-14+ years of experience in a mix of Strategy, Project Management AND Finance background with exposure to extensive Market Research

Sterlite Electric Ltd (formerly known as Sterlite Power Transmission Limited) is a manufacturer of capital goods and a provider of system integration solutions, specializing in the power transmission and distribution (“Power T&D”) industry for both domestic and international markets. Its product portfolio includes a wide range of overhead conductors, power cables, optical ground wire (“OPGW”), along with the provision of master system integration (“MSI”) services.
It has catered to customers in more than 70 countries. The company operates four manufacturing facilities strategically located across India, positioned near key raw material sources and major transportation hubs, including seaports. Facilities in Jharsuguda (Odisha), Piparia (Dadra and Nagar Haveli), and Rakholi (Dadra and Nagar Haveli) specialize in overhead conductor production.
